WTF?! How do I place an order?

Yeah yeah ... we know. Still no online shop. But it's not that difficult. Just pick a product and your choice of color, material and size. Then use the Contact page to place your order. For example: "Hey Max, I like to have a Medium Rolltop with base in black and body in olive ..." or "Hey Max, I like to have a Rollo "bisschen scharf" in X-PAC VX21 coyote ..." We organize everything in small batches and when your order is placed you're listed to the next run of what ever you picked. Bit unusual in 2021, but good thing is, there won't be any over production. :)

How long will it take to get my bag?

Leadtimes are up on the page. Usually it takes 8 - 12 weeks for backpacks and 4 - 8 weeks for the other rad stuff. Sometimes it's faster when you're lucky.

When will my bag be shipped?

Usual we do the shipping Fridays. You think Friday is not a good day for shipping? Yeah, we love to do other things on Fridays as well. Lol. Before your bag is shipped you get an E-Mail with Tracking-ID and some kind words. Shipping costs are between 5,99 € - 8,99 € (incl. MwSt.) in Germany. International shipping costs depending on where you're living on this earth. Please ask!

When will my mails get answered?

We do all the mails on Monday. Monday is mail day.

Is it possible to get some crazy extras on my bag?

Sure. Feel free to ask. The worst we can say is no!
